Jose started working construction in 2006, learning the trade the way most good builders do on job sites, under contractors who cared about doing things right the first time. Over the years he worked bathrooms, kitchens, additions, and full renovations across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

In 2022, Jose started J&A Home Improvements to build the kind of company he always wanted to hire — one where the owner shows up, tells you the truth about what a project needs, and stands behind the work.

His sons work alongside him on projects and help support the family business, and the trade partners they bring in are people they’ve trusted for years. Today, “J&A” still means what it did on day one: a family business, a written contract, and a job site you can trust.
